Swift County enters attorney services agreement

Swift County has signed an agreement with Lac qui Parle County Attorney Richard G. Stulz to assist with the operations of the county attorney’s office. 
Swift County was left without a county attorney when Interim Attorney Deborah K. Gerads resigned her office effective this past Monday. The county hired her as an assistant county attorney to County Attorney Danielle Olson late last year.
