THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is on file in the office of the Clerk of the above-named Court within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the date of service.  If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action calls into question real estate lying within Swift County, Minnesota, more particularly described as follows:
The Northeast Quarter (NE¼) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township One Hundred Twenty-one (121), Range Thirty-eight (38), Swift County, Minnesota.
The object of this action is to obtain a judgment that the Plaintiff is the owner in fee of the above-described real estate and that said Defendants, and each of them, have no estate or interest in or lien thereon, and no personal claim is made by the Plaintiffs against the Defendants in this action, or any of them.
