Lead Summary

Due to drifting snow, Benson's snow emergency extended

SNOW EMERGENCY CONTINUED

Due to the continued drifting of the snow, the snow emergency will continue at least through tomorrow (12-30-25). Parking restrictions still apply. See more details below. Snowplows are continuing to make progress clearing the roads, but due to continuous drifting the plowing is taking longer than normal. Plows will continue working to get all roads opened up today, but will need to come back tomorrow and plow the full width of the road. If your road hasn't been plowed yet crews will get it opened up today. Parking restrictions will apply.

During the snow emergency, please follow these parking rules:

No parking on AVENUES: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

No parking on STREETS: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

You may park in the public parking lots downtown during restricted hours

Once snow removal is completed on your street or avenue tomorrow, normal parking may resume

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Your cooperation helps our crews clear roads quickly and safely.
