Lamecker Enterprises, Inc.,
                 Plaintiff,
vs.                    
Hans Johnson and the unknown heirs of Hans Johnson,        
Estella Johnson and the unknown heirs of Estella Johnson,                                
Kerkhoven Hayes Mutual Insurance Company, and all
other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate,
interest or lien the real estate described in the
Complaint herein.
                 Defendants.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
  You are hereby summoned and required to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiff in the above-entitled action, a copy of which Complaint is on file in the office of the Court Administrator of the above- named Court in the City of Benson, Swift County, Minnesota, and to file your answer with the Court Administrator of the above-named Court within twenty (20) days after the service of the Summons upon you exclusive of the date of such service, and if you fail to answer the Complaint within the time aforesaid, Plaintiff in this action will apply to the Court for the relief demanded in the Complaint.  You are notified that the object of this action is to determine the adverse claims of said Defendants, and each of them, in or to the lands hereinafter described and to obtain judgment that Plaintiff is the absolute owners, in fee simple, and that none of said Defendants have the right, title, estate, line or interest whatsoever in or to said property or any part thereof.  This action affects the following- described property situated in the City of Kerkhoven, County of Swift, State of Minnesota:
Lots Nineteen (19) and Twenty (20), Block Thirteen (13), Original Townsite of the Village (now City) of Kerkhoven EXCEPT that part of Lot Twenty (20) described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest (SW) corner of Lot Twenty (20); thence Easterly (Ely) along the South (S) line of said Lot Twenty (20) a distance of 27 feet; thence Northerly (Nly) and parallel with the West (W) line of said Lot Twenty (20) a distance of 56 2/3 feet; thence Westerly (Wly) and parallel with the South (S) line of said Lot Twenty (20) a distance of 27 feet to the West (W) line of said Lot Twenty (20); thence Southerly (Sly) along the said West line of Lot Twenty (20), a distance of 56 2/3 feet to the point of beginning.
ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS
     The parties may agree to or be ordered to participate in an alternative dispute resolution process under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice.  You must still send your written response to the Complaint even if you expect to use alternative means of resolving this dispute.
