NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS –
   The Swift County Auditor’s Office is requesting BIDs for the following items until:
10:30 AM Wednesday August 22, 2018
COMMERICAL BUILDINGS REMOVAL/DEMOLITION
  Removal of three Commercial buildings with offsite disposal.  Disconnect any and all electrical, plumbing, gas and/or sewer hookups to structure(s) and cap off, seal, or de-energize as required by codes.  Fill and grade to existing adjacent contours and cover with sod or seed (bid to be specific).  Any special conditions or additional requirements will be contained in the specifications.  Separate permits are required for this work and contractor are responsible for these permits.  All materials shall be disposed of at a site approved by the MPCA (Minnesota Pollution Control Agency).
   Specifications and detailed information for each item can be obtained from the Swift County Auditor’s Office, 301 14th Street N, PO Box 207, Benson, MN 56215.  Sealed bids will then be opened and publicly read at 10:30 AM on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 in the Swift County Auditor’s office, 301 14th Street N, Benson, MN 56215.
