DETERMINATION OF DESCENT

The petition of Cheryl J. Bogie dated September 11, 2018, having been filed in this Court representing that the above named decedent has been dead for more than three years leaving certain property therein described. The petition requests the Court determine the descent of such property and assign the property to the persons entitled.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the Court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the petition will be granted.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that said petition be heard on the 31st day of October, 2018, at 8:30 o’clock A.M. by the above named Court at 301 14th Street North, City of Benson, County of Swift, State of Minnesota.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the petitioner give notice of said hearing in the manner prescribed by M.S.A. 524.1-401 to all persons entitled to notice pursuant to M.S.A. 524.3-403 and to all persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to M.S.A. 524.3-204.
