NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, March 16, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room at the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  East Dublin Dairy, LLP. (Dublin Dairy), 26406 470th Ave., Morris, MN  56267 (Owner)
REQUEST:  Amendment to Conditional Use Permit recorded on December 9, 1998, Swift County Land Records, as Document #202248.  Amendment to modify a feedlot with a capacity of 3,952.9 animal units.  The proposed facilities modification consist of a new 450’x390’x21’ manure storage earthen basin.  The dairy currently is permitted at the county for 2,954 animal units and is seeking to expand to 3,952.9 animal units.
LOCATION: That part of the SW¼ of Section 30, T120N, R38W lying S of Co Ditch #58 as now located in Dublin Township, Swift County Minnesota.
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said place and time.
