NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - Sealed proposals will be received until 10:00 AM on June 8th  2015, at the Swift County Highway Administration Building, 1635 Hoban Avenue, PO Box 241, Benson, MN 56215.  Sealed bids will then be opened and publicly read at 10:00 AM at the Swift County Highway Administration Building, 1635 Hoban Avenue, Benson, MN 56215 for the construction project listed below:

  ALL THREE PROJECTS shall be combined under one proposal and shall be evaluated on the basis of the proposed total.
  Proposal with specifications may be examined and obtained at the office of the Swift County Engineer at the Swift County Highway Department Administration Building, 1635 Hoban Avenue, Benson, MN 56215.

ITEM                                    PRICE            PLANS AND PROPOSAL        $42.75  ($40.00 plus $2.75 MN sales tax)
 
  Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Treasurer of Swift County, or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Swift County equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects.
