SWIFT COUNTY BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION MINUTES June 15, 2021

County Auditor Kim Saterbak called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM. with all members present as well as County Administrator Kelsey Baker, County Assessor Joe Tschida and Terri Orr.
The County Board of Equalization members took an oath to fairly and impartially review market values and equalize as fairly as possible all values in the County.
Commissioner Hendrickx nominated Joe Fox as Chair.
Commissioner Rudningen moved nominations cease and cast unanimous ballot to elect Commissioner Fox as Chairman. Motion carried unanimously.
Commissioner Fox took over the meeting as Chair.
Assessor Tschida presented the 2021 assessed values.
Commissioner Rudningen moved to adjourn the Board of Appeal and Equalization Meeting. Motion carried unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 7:11 PM.
