NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Board of Adjustment on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in the lower level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Jacob Tofte, 1160 140th Ave. SE, Kerkhoven, MN  56252 (Owner)
REQUEST:  Variance request to install a wind turbine within the 20’ North property line setback.
LOCATION:  That part of the SE ¼ described as follows:  Commencing at the SE corner of Section 32, the N 01 Deg., 01 Min., 08 Sec. W along E line of Section 32 387.20 ft.to the point of beginning of tract described, then S 88 deg., 58 Min., 52 Sec. W 423.73 ft., then N 01 Deg., 01 Min., 08 Sec. W 581.29 ft., then N 88 Deg., 58 Min., 52 Sec. E 423.73 ft. to E line of Section 32, then S 01 Deg., 01 Min., 08 Sec. E along last said line 581.29 ft. to the point of beginning of Section 32, T-120 N, R-37 W (Pillsbury Township) in Swift County, Minnesota.
