Todd Michael Collins, Plaintiff
vs.
Elmview Farm, a Minnesota general partrnership;  Donna M. Collins, a single person; Estate of Mihael Allen Collins; First Security Bank - Benson; First Security Bank - Sleepy Eye; and all other persons unknown claiming any right, title, estate, interest or lien in the real estate described in the Complaint herein; Defendants.

THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and rquired to answer the Complaint of the Plaintiffs in the above action, which is herewith served upon you, within twenty (20) days after service of this Summons upon you, and each of you, exclusive of the day of service. If you fail to do so, Judgement by default will be taken against you, and each of you, for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action affects and brings into question the following described land situated in the County of Swift, State of Minnesota:
That part of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2-SW1/4), Section 13, Township 121, Range 40, described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner thereof; thence North along the west line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1/4), Section 13, a distance of 1914 feet; thence Northeasterly along the existing fence line to a point 2170.08 feet North of the southeast corner of said West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2-SW1/4) of Section 13; thence South along the east line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2-SW1/4), Section 13, a distance of 2170.08 feet; thence West a distance of 1,366.2 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH an easement over and across the West 2 rods of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W1/2-NW1/4), and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW1/4-SW1/4), Section 13, Township 121, Range 40, for purposes of ingress and egrress to and from the hereinbefore conveyed premises.
The further object of this action is to obtain the Judgment and Decree of the Court that Plaintiffs, are the owners of an interest in fee simple absolute of the property described above; free and clear of any rights of the Defendants, and that said Defendants, and each of them, have no right, title, estate, lien or easements in, on or over said property.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that no personal claim is made by plaintiffs against any of the defendants.
