into Judicial Ditch #5
  A petition for outlet has been filed with the Swift County Auditor requesting permission to outlet lands into Swift County JD #5, SW ¼ of the SW ¼ and the W ½ of the NE ¼ section #8 -T121-N, R39-W (Torning Township).   The Drainage Authority will conduct a public hearing and describe the property benefited by the drainage system and if approved, discuss the outlet fee and benefits to the property.
