Mark A. Dale, 54, of Benson, Minnesota, passed away   Monday, February 7, 2022, at the Swift County Benson Hospital. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to the Prairie Five Food Shelf in Benson.
Mark Alexander Dale was born July 28, 1967, in Benson, Minnesota, the son of Clayton and Gwen Westberg Dale. He was baptized at West Bank Lutheran Church and confirmed at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church. He grew up and attended schools in Benson graduating from Benson Senior High School in 1985 and then attended Ridgewater Community College in Willmar for three years.
After his schooling, he moved to Moorhead, Minnesota and worked as a salesman at Muscatell Dodge Dealership for 30 years. In 2013, he moved back to Benson.
Mark served as a volunteer at the Prairie 5 Food Shelf. He enjoyed classic cars, golfing, watching football, and fishing. He was called from this life Monday afternoon, February 7, 2022, at the Swift County Benson Hospital. He attained the age of 54 years, six months, and 10 days.
Mark is survived by his parents Clayton and Gwen Dale of Benson; a sister Joyellyn (Rob) Krajewski 0f Stacy, his nieces and nephew, Scott Dale Morrison, Ava Krajewski, and Eden Krajewski; aunts Laura Wilson, Linda Westberg, Judy Leiner, and Bonnie Allison; and several cousins in South Dakota and Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Peter and Evelyn Dale, Ray and Pearl Palmer, and uncles Gerald Westberg, Robert Westberg, and Rex Liener Sr.
