Dennis Mathew Peterson, 18, of Benson, Minnesota died  Monday morning, January 24, 2022 at his home in Benson. Visitation was held Monday, January 31, 2022 at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church in Benson from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m., followed by the memorial service at 11:00 a.m.
Dennis Mathew Peterson was born in Hastings, Minnesota, October 23, 2003, the son of Vernon Peterson and Kimberly Hesse. He was baptized January 4, 2004, by the Rev Richard Stadler at St. James Lutheran Church in West St. Paul. He lived in Benson  and attended Hancock High School. He worked at Burger King in Benson.
Dennis enjoyed playing the piano, video games, and computers. He loved music and wanted to share his creative and artistic abilities by attending auto body pin striping school.  He was called from this life Monday morning   January 24, 2022, at his home in Benson. He was 18 years, three months, and one day old.
Dennis is survived by his father Vernon Peterson of Benson; his brother Mitchel, his grandparents Craig and Nanc Peterson of Hancock and Debra Albrecht of Stewart; his aunt and godmother Deanna Peterson and his aunts Stephanie Albrecht and Angela Albrecht, and other relatives and friends. Blessed be his memory.
Zniewski Funeral Home of Benson assisted the family with the arrangements.
