Brenda was born January 12, 1958, to Roger W. Fjordbak and D. Ruth (Gennow) Fjordbak in Storm Lake, Iowa.
Her family moved to a farm outside of Benson in January 1960. She attended Benson Assembly of God Church until she graduated from Benson High School in 1976. She moved to Minneapolis and attended North Central Bible College for one year before getting a job at Soderberg Florist, then Pizza Shack in Minneapolis where she worked her way up to manager until it closed, and she developed health issues. She loved to share her gift of baking and she had a big heart and a great sense of humor. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone who needed it.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Bernie and Roger Ray Fjordbak and brother-in-law Brian Gaida.
Special thanks to the Estates of Roseville Care Center which was her home for the last three years and special thanks to the therapy dog “Snoopy”, who became her special friend and protector.
