BHS Homecoming King-Queen Candidates

Benson High Schools Homecoming candidates have been selected and they are, front form left, Presley Nygaard, daughter of Brandon and Quinn Nygaard; Hailee Ellingson daughter of Jon and Janine Ellingson; Lily Ostlie, daughter of Jim and Laura Ostlie; Leah Olson, daughter of Nick and Casey Olson; and Kaylin Grube, daughter of Brent and Patty Grube. King candidates, from left, are Charlie Goff, son of Aaron and Martha Goff; Gabe Abner, son of Andy and Robin Abner; Jack Langan, son of Pat and Mary Langan; Jack Helgenset, son of Hans and Renee Helgenset; and Nick Buldoc, son of Sean and Tina Buldoc. The Homecoming coronation is scheduled for Monday at 7:30 p.m. in BHS Performing Arts Center. Other events during next week’s homecoming festivities include: Wednesday, Sept. 20,  the Powder Puff Football game between juniors and seniors at 7 p.m. and a pepfest Friday afternoon, Sept. 22. Rather than a homecoming dance this year, students have chosen to have a “Movie Under the Lights” following the football game. Admission for those in grades 9-12 is $5. Students should bring their own snacks.
