NOTICE TO ENGINEERING FIRMS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
ENGINEERING SERVICES. The City of Benson is hereby soliciting requests for proposals for engineering services based on qualifications. The project involves constructing a new flood protection berm/levee around the existing wastewater treatment facility (WWTF) The project will be funded using local and United States Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration funding. PUBLIC NOTICE
CALL FOR QUOTES-The Six Mile Grove Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting quotes on the following: Class 5 Gravel on a per yard basis delivered anywhere in Six Mile Grove Township by August 1st. Quotes for Grading, Snow Removal, Mowing (a minimum 9 foot top cut) on a per hour basis, also quotes for spraying. Remit quotes with Certificate of Insurance by February 28, 2022 to Sara Wersinger at 420 Minnesota Ave, Danvers, MN 56231. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes, to waive any information therein and to accept quotes deemed most advantageous to the Township.

TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS AND CREDITORS:
It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on the 16th day of March, 2022 at 8:30 o'clock A.M., a hearing will be held in the above named Court at Benson, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the above named decedent, dated July 27, 2012 and for the appointment of Gary Rickert whose address is 105 3rd St. SE, Pennock, MN 56279 as personal representative of the estate of the above named decedent in supervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, said personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate. Upon completion of the administration, the representative shall file a final account for the allowance and shall distribute the estate to the persons thereunto entitled as ordered by the Court, and close the estate.
Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four (4) months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.
