The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Chair Brian Samuelson.  Members present:  Brian Samuelson, Gary Williams, Paul Carruth, Mary KW Langan, Bill McGeary, Eric Peterson and James Berens.  Members absent:  None.  Also present: Dennis Laumeyer, Mike Knutson, Garrett Schmidt, Katie Foley, Lori Eix, Reed Anfinson.

600 Series Policies 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 606, 607, 608, 609 approved based on changes recommended by MSBA to meet law.
Approved Payable 2022 Levy at $3,716,738, a 0.9% ($33,953) increase.
FY21 Audit approved.
2021-2022 World’s Best Workforce Plan adopted.
2022-2023 BHS Registration Guide:  This is the first reading.
