NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Board of Adjustment on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 9:15 a.m. in the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in the Lower Level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Jeremy J. Reich, 210 Hwy. 9 NE, Benson, MN  56215 (Owner)
REQUEST:  Variance from required 100’ setback from the center line of the township side road for the construction of a 30’ x 66’ single family home that will be moved onto the property.  The request is for a 60’ setback from the township road.
LOCATION: That part of the W ½ of the SW ¼ beginning at the SW corner, then E 307.05 ft., then N 1 Deg., 02 Min., 46 Sec. E 1301.14 ft., then S 89 Deg., 32 Min., 02 Sec., W 328.44 ft. to the W line of the W ½ of the SW ¼, then S 0 Deg., 06 Min., 17 Sec. W 1298.25 ft. to the point of beginning in Section 33, Twp-122, R-29 Benson Township, Swift County, MN.
