NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in the lower level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Roger Holtkamp, 660 150th Ave. SE, Kerkhoven, MN  56252 (Owner)
REQUEST:  Conditional Use Permit request for gravel extraction for maintaining roads.
LOCATION:  N ½ of the S ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 4 in T-120 N, R-37 W, Pillsbury Twp., Swift County, MN.  
All interested persons may appear and be heard at said place and time.
