Braves fall to Lakers and Morris Area Tigers

The Benson boys basketball team was held to 101 total points in losing to Minnewaska Area (67-50) and Morris Area (72-51) last week.  The Braves fell to 2-8 overall and 2-5 in the conference with the two losses, coming through with the two lowest point totals of the season for Benson.
Will Enderson provided most of the offense for Benson last week with games of 23 points at home last Tuesday versus the Lakers and adding 19 more during the game against the Tigers, Friday at home.
Benson has its 10th home game in the season’s first 11 games, Monday versus Hancock before going on the road for five-straight games, beginning with a game  at Montevideo, Tuesday (yesterday) and at ACGC, Thursday (tomorrow).  
The Braves lost to Hancock in the Case IH Invitational title game this year and picked up their only two wins of the season earlier this season against Monte and ACGC...
