PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Program Comment for Positive Train Control and Infrastructure. BNSF Railway proposes to construct an approximately 50’ monopole communications pole at the following approximate locations in Swift County, Minnesota within the existing railroad right-of-way:
•  Coordinates: 45.24718, -95.44343; MP #123.6, Murdock;
•  Coordinates: 45.26543, -95.47824; MP #125.7, Murdock;
•  Coordinates: 45.30066, -95.55617; MP #130.2, Benson.
