NOTICE OF ADOPTION
The Swift County Board of Commissioners does hereby give notice of the Intent to Adopt the Swift County Ordinance Regulating Solar Power Energy. A public hearing is being held on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at 10:45 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room, Lower Level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No., Benson, MN to consider the following:
The Swift County Solar Power Ordinance is for the purpose of establishing the processes for permitting solar energy systems and to regulate the installation and operation of solar energy systems within Swift County.
A complete copy of the ordinance is available on the Swift County website and a paper copy is available at the Swift County Environmental Services office located at 1000 Industrial Drive, Benson, MN.  
All persons interested may appear and be heard at said time and place.
