Another red flag warning

Over the weekend the forecast looked promising for area farmers, gardeners, and people wanting to see their lawns get some moisture. Rain was forecast from Saturday  into the early hours of Tuesday morning. However, the expected storms and rainfall didn’t produce nearly what was hoped for.
