NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No, Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  4 K Farms, LLP, Bruce Dokkebakken, 18038 203rd Ave., Big Lake, MN  55309 (Owner) and Central Specialties, Inc., 6325 CR 87 SW, Alexandria, MN  56308 (Operator)
REQUEST:  Conditional use permit application for gravel extraction and processing including crushing, screening, stockpiling, and temporary hot mix plant operation.
LOCATION: S ½ of the SW ¼ & W ½ of the SE ¼ in T-122. R-38, Section 4 (Camp Lake Township) of Swift County, MN.

There will be a meeting of the Swift County Board of Adjustment on Monday, July 1, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:   Bethesda Lutheran Church, 1185 30th St. SE, Murdock, MN  56271
REQUEST: Variance to allow an addition to be built on to the church within the required 20 foot property line setback.  
LOCATION: Pt. of the E ½ of the NE ¼ beginning at the NW corner of the E ½ of the NE ¼ ; then E 31 rods, s 12 ½ rods, W 31 rods, N 12 ½ rods to the point of beginning of Section 24, T-121, R-38 (Kildare Township) in Swift County, MN.
