NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Swift County Planning Commission

There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement Center (LEC) in the lower level of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. N., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Jeremy & Sarah Hippen, 105 1st St. W., Jordan, MN  55352 (Owner).
REQUEST:  Conditional use permit request for grading and filling.  This permit is for the purpose of preventing erosion, which includes bank stabilization, control sediment and pollutants, preserve existing vegetation and building a set of stairsteps.
LOCATION: Pt. Gov. Lot 2, commencing at a point on the N line of Gov. Lot 2; said point being 1,422.3 ft. W of the NE corner of Gov. Lot 2; then S’ly bearing S 6 Deg., 54 Min., 0 Sec. E 604.4 ft.; then S’ly bearing S 18 Deg., 10 Min., 0 Sec. W 512.55 ft. to a point which will be the point of beginning; then continue on the same course 78.90 ft.; then W’ly bearing N 90 Deg., 0 Min., 0 Sec. W 202.36 ft. to E shoreline of Camp Lake; then N’ly on said shoreline 76.19 ft. more or less; then E’ly 248.39 ft. more or less to a point of beginning; plus, egress and ingress in Section 1, T-122, R-38, Camp Lake Township, Swift County, MN.
