Zosel, Dineen win titles at Monticello

The Benson wrestling team had a very busy week before Christmas, wrestling in four dual matches and also competing at the Monticello Invitational.

The Braves went 2-1 at the Tuesday, Dec. 17 quadrangular in Benson, including a 48-21 victory over Ortonville, a 42-38 win over BOLD, and a loss to EV-Watkins.

Benson rallied for a 43-30 victory at Osakis, Thursday, Dec. 19 before placing fourth of 17 teams at the Monticello Invitational, Saturday, Dec. 21 with Adam Zosel and Thomas Dineen winning titles for the Braves.

Benson was set to host the Braves Wresting Classic, Saturday, Dec. 28 before preparing for a quadrangular at Paynesville, Friday, Jan. 3, which also includes Howard Lake-WW and KMS...
