Volleyball team falls to Waska and Montevideo

The Benson volleyball team is trying to get its groove back after losing its second and third-straight matches last week.  The Braves, who were 3-1 at one point after winning three-straight, have now fallen to 3-4 at the midway point in the regular-season.

The Braves fell in three games to Montevideo last Monday night, a team Benson had beaten in four games 11 nights earlier, and Benson also lost by a 3-0 sweep at Minnewaska Area, Thursday.

Melrose Area is 5-0 in the WCC through the early portion of the schedule, while Sauk Centre is 3-1, Minnewaska Area, Benson, and Morris Area are all 3-4, Montevideo is 1-2, and BOLD is 1-4...
