Grace Antolick, age 97, died Thursday at Meadow Creek Assisted Living in Montevideo, MN.

     Funeral Services will be 11 AM, Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Benson, MN with Rev. Dennis McManus officiating.  Burial will be in the Benson City Cemetery. 

     Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 13, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and will continue for one hour prior to the service.  Arrangements are with the Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson, MN.

Mildred passed away November 2, 2015.

Gerald H. Fahl, 90, died Saturday, October 24, 2015, at the Swift County Benson Hospital in Benson, Minnesota.
Funeral services were 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson.  Burial was in the Benson City Cemetery.
Visitation was held from 5-7:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 27 at Trinity Lutheran Church and continued for one hour prior to the service.
Gerald Henning Fahl was born  November 28, 1924, to Walfred and Jenny E. (Johnson) Fahl.  He was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson.  He attended country school District # 93 and graduated from Benson High School in 1942.  Gerald served his country in the United States Army during WWII and spent a year in Europe with the 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment.

Dennis W. Paulson, 50, of rural Raymond, Minnesota, died   Sunday morning, October 25, 2015, as a result of a car accident near Webster, South Dakota.
A memorial service was held Monday, November 2, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church in Benson. Visitation was held from 4-6 p.m.  Sun., November 1, at the Our Redeemer’s Lutheran Church, and for one hour prior to the service at the church  Monday.

Stanley “Stan” Lloyd Glimsdal, 76, of Benson, formerly of the Appleton area, died Friday at the St. Cloud Hospital.  Funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 21 (today), at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson, officiated by Rev. Art Wiese.  Visitation was  Tuesday, 5-7  p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson.  Visitation will continue for one hour prior to services at the church  Wednesday.  Burial will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at the Appleton City Cemetery.
Arrangements with Zniewski Funeral Home – Benson.

Nicholas Zane Larson, 28, of Benson, Minnesota, died Monday, Oct. 12, 2015 at the Minneapolis VA Health Care Systems Hospital.
Funeral services were 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19 at the Evangelical Free Church in Benson. Visitation was held 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18 at the Zniewski Funeral Home and continued for one hour prior to the service at the church Monday.
Burial was in the Benson City Cemetery.
Nicholas “Nick” Zane Larson was born January 2, 1987, in Anoka, Minnesota, the son of Randall “Randy” M. Larson and Dori R. Lagred.  He was baptized at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church by Rev. John Smith and grew up on the Larson family farm in Swenoda Township, Swift County.

William V. Suckow, 92, of Appleton, Minnesota died Tuesday, October 6 in Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD.  
Funeral services were Saturday, October 10 at 11 a.m., at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Moyer Township, officiated by Pastor Michelle Rowell.  Burial followed at the St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.
William Valentine Suckow was born February 14, 1923 in Moyer Township, Swift County, Minnesota, the son of William F. and Amelia (Buttenhoff) Suckow.  William was baptized  March 14, 1923 and was confirmed  April 25, 1937 at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Moyer Township.  He was raised in the Holloway area and attended Moyer Township Country School through the eighth grade.

Lowell Moen

Lowell E. Moen, 75, of Benson, Minnesota  died Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at the Belgrade Nursing Home in Belgrade.  
Funeral services were held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Swift Falls.  Visitation was held for two hours prior to the service at the church.  Burial was in the Rolling Forks Cemetery.
Lowell Eugene Moen was born  July 4, 1940 in Brooten, the son of Earl and Mearl (Solbrekken) Moen.  He was baptized at his home and confirmed at Rolling Forks Lutheran Church.  He grew up on the family farm in Gilchrist Township and attended country grade school in District #16 and 2.  He graduated from Brooten High School in 1958 and continued his education at the St. Cloud Business College.
