Swift County needs both an administrator and an engineer

Swift County Administrator Kelsey Baker has accepted the job as Kandiyohi County’s administrator. Tuesday morning the Swift County Board of Commissioners discussed the process it will follow replacing her in the coming months.
While she was named the finalist for the position in late September, negotiations on what her compensation would be took place over the past couple weeks.
