Seven Braves earn All-District for 2020

The Benson football team recently released its awards for the 2020 season.  The Braves closed out the fall season with a 4-3 overall record after going 4-2 in the regular-season and losing their first playoff game to Upsala-Swanville Area.

Benson did win the Mid State Blue sub-district with a perfect 3-0 record, beating BBE (48-12), Browerville-EV (45-6), and USA (20-18 in overtime).  The Braves did not play KMS or Parkers Prairie due to COVID-19 protocol.

The first-place finish gave Benson 10 total All-sub-district selections as seven players earned All-sub-district and another three were selected to the honorable mention team...
