Request for Proposal for Professional Architectural Design
Services for Rehabilitating the City Armory
The City of Benson is accepting proposals for architectural design service for the purpose of rehabilitating the City Armory. Proposals will be accepted at Benson City Hall, 1410 Kansas Avenue, Benson, MN 56215, until Tuesday, January 4 at 4:00 p.m.
Copies of the request for proposal are available at Benson City Hall or downloaded from the city website https://www.bensonmn.org. All questions should be directed to Community & Business Development Specialist, Hillary Tweed at 701-388-7327 or hillary.tweed@cedausa.com.
The City of Benson reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any bid deemed to be insufficient, to accept a proposal which, in the sole judgement of the Benson City Council, best serves the interest of the City and to waive any and all technicalities.
Proposals shall be clearly marked “PROPOSAL FOR BENSON CITY ARMORY PROJECT” and submitted on or before Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at 4:00 p.m.
