Principal honors pledge to Pieper Gades - gets a pie in the face

Northside Elementary student Pieper Gades and Principal Garrett Schmidt made a deal earlier this year that if she could sell 250 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to donate to military veterans, she could “pie” him.
Pieper reached her goal and last week Schmidt honored his commitment. Pieper filled a tin plate with whipped cream from a can and then, as her fourth grade class watched, planted it on the face of her principal.
