Swift and Kandiyohi
   The Swift/Kandiyohi Joint Board of Commissioners, acting as Drainage Authority for Joint County Ditch #19 received a petition requesting permission to outlet lands into Joint County Ditch #19, SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of section #8 -T121-N, R39-W (Torning Township).   The Drainage Authority will conduct a public hearing and describe the property to be benefited by the drainage system and if approved, discuss the outlet fee and benefits to the property.  Because of Covid 19 a zoom address is available below.
