It is Ordered and Notice is given that on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 3:30 p.m., a hearing will be held using Remote Technology, for an Order Directing Issuance of Title to a Watercraft (Minn. Stat. 86B.820, 86B.830, 86B.840), for the watercraft described as follows: 1994 Wellcraft Eclipse fiberglass motorboat, Registration Number MN 6562GV, Hull Identification No. WELEDB908494, issued to Waldo Steven Johnson.
Any objections to this Order must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing.  
If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Minnesota DNR License Center shall issue title and registration for the above described 1994 Wellcraft Eclipse to Paul David Osborne.
