MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MEETING
INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 777, Benson, Minnesota
 Monday, October 20, 2014 - 5:00 p.m. – Senior High Media Center
The meeting was called to order at 5:03 p.m. by Chair Chad Payne.  Members present:  Jodi DeJong-Hughes, Bill McGeary, Marlene Molden, Al Pagel, Chad Payne.
Members absent:  Andy Abner, Gary Williams.  Also present:  Dennis Laumeyer, Mike Knutson, Brad Johnson, Dave Benson, Mitch Maurer, Brock Duncan and Clint Schiller.
Architect Paul Youngquist presented current plans, cost estimates and a timeline for future facilities improvement planning.

Regular Board Meeting - Monday, October 20, 6:00 p.m., Senior High Media Center
Special Board Meeting - Wednesday, November 12, 7:00 a.m., District Office - Canvass Election Results
Regular Board Meeting - Monday, November 17, 5:30 p.m. Senior High Media Center
The special meeting adjourned at 6:18 p.m.
