HOFF TOWNSHIP BOARD OF
REVIEW/EQUALIZATION ASSESSMENT NOTICE
Notice is hereby given, that the Board of Review/Equalization of the Town of Hoff in Pope County, Minnesota, will meet at the Township Hall from 9:00 to 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, the 8th day of April, 2014 for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said township for the year 2014. All persons considering themselves to be aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected. No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed or his/her representative shall have been notified of such complaint. Call the county assessor for an appointment at (320)634-5728 to make an appointment for the meeting.

BOARD OF REVIEW KILDARE TOWNSHIP
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Review of Kildare Township in Swift County, Minnesota, will meet in the DeGraff City Building at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday the 10th day of April, 2014 for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said Township for the year 2014. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

2014 CHLORIDE APPLICATION
All calcium chloride application for dust control on Township, City, and County gravel roads will be administered through the Swift County Township Association for 2014. Contact your Township Board with the location and footage to be applied by April 17, 2014. Cities should send application instructions directly to the Swift County Highway Department office.
