NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Board of Adjustment on Monday, January 6, 2014 at 8:00 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room, Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Adrian Smith, 205 Falcon Ave., Benson, MN  56215 (Owner)
REQUEST:    Variance from required 100 ft. setback to the center line of Cottonwood St. in Swift Falls, MN and from the required 20 ft. setback to the nearest property line for a 14’ x 32’ storage shed.
LOCATION:     Part N ½ of the SW ¼ of the SE ¼ of Section 3 of T-122, R-38 (Camp Lake Township) of Swift County, MN.
