NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
There will be a meeting of the Swift County Planning Commission on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioner’s Room of the Swift County Courthouse, 301 14th St. No., Benson, MN to consider the following:
IN THE MATTER OF:  Cargill, Inc., 1721 Technology Dr. NE, 2nd Floor Willmar, MN  56201 (Owner)
    
REQUEST:  Conditional Use Permit for Cargill, Inc. to operate and agronomy center.  Cargill will be adding fertilizer and chemical tanks.  
LOCATION: Lot One (1), Block One (1), Benson Industrial Rail Addition to the City of Benson and that part of Section One (1), Township One Hundred Twenty-one (121), Range Forty (40), more particularly described as follows:  Commencing at the NW corner of the NE ¼ of Section One (1); thence E’ly on the N line of Section One (1), bearing N 90°00’ E for 360 feet and thence S for 300 feet to a point which will be the point of beginning; thence continuing S for 241.7 feet; thence W bearing S 86°45’ W for 360.4 feet to the W line of said NE ¼ of Section One (1); thence N’ly on the W line of said NE ¼ of Section One (1) for 262.1 feet; thence E’ly on a line parallel to the N line of said NE ¼ of Section One (1) for 360 feet to the point of beginning of Section One (1), Township 121, Range 40,  (Six Mile Grove Township) in Swift County, MN.
