HOFF TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF
ANNUAL MEETING AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Hoff Township, County of Pope, State of Minnesota that the annual election of town officers and annual town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at West Zion Church. Offices open for election are: One Supervisor - 3 year term. One Clerk - 2 year term.  The annual meeting will be from 4:00-5:00 p.m. The tax levy and mail-in ballots will be discussed. Election polls will be open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the polls are closed and the votes are counted. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be held on March 20, 2018 at the same location and times.
