Saints fall to Parkers Prairie, 19-6
The KMS football team lost at Parkers Prairie, Friday night, 19-6.  The Saints came into the game with a 4-1 record and Parkers Prairie was 2-3, but PP used two interceptions to go up 19-0 before KMS finally got on the board in the fourth quarter.
The Saints gained just 69 yards on the ground, while the victors had 195 yards rushing and also held a 286-178 advantage in total yards.
The Saints had scored 68 points in their two previous games combined and had averaged 28 points per game before being held to just one touchdown.
KMS dropped into fifth place in the Section 4A standings and appears set for a first-round matchup at Upsala-Swanville Area, Lester Prairie-HT, or BBE.
In the Mid-State Blue sub-district, BBE leads the way at 5-0, while USA and Royalton are both 4-1, KMS is 3-2, Parkers Prairie is 2-3, Browerville-EV and Kimball Area are both 1-4, and New York Mills is 0-5.
KMS was set to close out the regular-season with a game at BBE, Friday, before hosting Royalton in the regular-season finale, Wednesday, Oct. 18.

Parkers Prairie got two first-quarter touchdowns by Austin Koep on runs of 45 and two yards to take a 13-0 lead and then added a 16-yard pass for a touchdown in the third quarter.......
