Improved to 4-1 overall with a 36-0 victory at home over New York Mills during the annual Homecoming game, Friday night in Murdock.
The Saints dominated the game, totaling 355 yards of offense compared to 116 for NY Mills, and also holding a 20-8 advantage in first downs.
Dylan Rudningen had 117 yards rushing on 15 carries, scoring the Saints’ first three touchdowns of the game.  Caleb Collins and Oscar Padilla also had scores as KMS led 29-0 at halftime and added one more score in the third quarter.
The Saints improved to 3-1 in the Mid-State Blue sub-district and 4-1 overall.  Currently, BBE and Upsala-Swanville Area lead the sub-district with 4-0 records, followed by Royalton and KMS at 3-1, Parkers Prairie and Browerville-EV at 1-3 each, and Kimball Area and New York Mills at 0-4.
This week, KMS is set to play at Parkers Prairie at 7 p.m., Friday, Oct. 6.
In the Section 4A standings, the top five teams are all 4-1 or better.  Mayer Lutheran and USA lead the way at 5-0, while KMS, Lester Prairie-HT, and BBE are all 4-1, Parkers Prairie is 2-3, Browerville-EV is 1-4, and Kimball Area is 0-5.
