Saints, Braves to open up season, Friday in Murdock
The Benson Braves and KMS Saints are set to meet up in the 2017 high school football opener at 7 p.m., Friday in Murdock.  The Saints are coming off a 5-5 season from a year ago, while the Braves were 1-8 last year.
Both teams play in the Mid-State sub-district, with the Saints playing in the red division and the Braves playing in the white.  KMS lost five seniors to graduation from last year’s team, while the Braves lost 13 key seniors.
This will be the second-ever meeting between the Swift County schools.  The first took place in........
