Architect Paul Youngquist toured the building prior to the meeting and stated it’s a nice size space, 116’ x 120’, with a nice high ceiling for a variety of recreation activities.  The cost to prepare it will depend on how fancy it’s made and what type of flooring is needed for various activities.
