Gladys Evelyn (Johnson) Kliche

Gladys Evelyn (Johnson) KlicheDecember 6,1923 - April 13, 2017Gladys Evelyn (Johnson) Kliche ,93, of Vancouver Wa passed away April 13, 2017.  She was born to Ferdinand and Josephina Johnson in Benson, MN and lived there until 1973 when she moved to Vancouver,Wa.  Before retiring Gladys worked at a variety of jobs, including Fingerhut, DelMonte cannery and Northwest Packing cannery.  After retirement she worked with the Foster Grandparent program.  Gladys loved being with the family and cooking for the family.  Her lefsa was a must have at these  dinners.She is survived by her sons, David Klicke (Mary) and Dennis both of Vancouver; her daughter Marie Kawamoto of Burley, Idaho; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and her sisters, Ruth Miller of Appleton,MN and Florence Beckey of The Villages, FL.Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Vancouver is in charge of the services.
