BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FOR SIX MILE GROVE TOWNSHIP
To the Clerk of the Town of Six Mile Grove, Swift County, Minnesota:
  Notice is hereby given, that the 10th day of April at 3:00 o’clock P.M., has been fixed as the date for the meeting of the Board of Review in your Town for said year. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor. If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discusss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization. Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes Section 274.03, you are required to give notice of said meeting by publication and posting, not later than ten days prior to the date of said meeting.
