FOR DESCENT OF PROPERTY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Petition of Timothy J. Carlson dated March 2, 2017, having been filed herein, representing that the above-named Decedent has been dead for more than three years, leaving certain property therein described, and requesting the probate of the Last Will of Decedent, if any, and the descent of said property be determined and assigned by the Court to the persons entitled thereto. Any objections thereto must be filed with the Court.
IT IS ORDERED and notice is hereby given that the Petition will be heard on the 26th day of April, 2017, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. by the above-named Court at Benson, Minnesota, and that, if proper, and no objections are filed, the Petition will be granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petitioner give notice of said hearing in the manner prescribed by Minn. Stat. § 524.1- 401 to all persons entitled to notice pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3 - 403 and to all persons who have filed a demand for notice pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 524.3 - 204.
