NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In the Matter of the Swift-Chippewa-Kandiyohi County Judicial Ditch #18
9:30 p.m., March 31, 2017
 Swift County Law Enforcement Center-Meeting Room
 301 14th Street N, Benson, MN
    Whereas, The Joint Ditch #18 Drainage Authority has determined the Shakopee Dam is in need of either repair or replacement.  The Board has requested Houston Engineering, Inc. to present their recommendations with associated estimated costs at this meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hear public comment on the recommendations for the Shakopee Dam in the meeting room of the Swift County Law Enforcement Center in Benson, Minnesota on March 31, 9:30 p.m.  All persons interested in the maintenance of the Shakopee wanting to be heard should appear at this time.
