Minnewaska Area rallies in second half to hand Benson girls 63-29 loss

The Benson girls basketball team played a strong first half against Minnewaska Area, Thursday, before the Lakers came roaring back in the second half to win the game in Benson, 63-29.
The Braves traveled to Hancock, Friday,  and the Owls had four players score in double figures on the way to a 68-48 non-conference win.
Benson, which fell to 0-6 in the conference and 0-10 overall, have two games scheduled this week, beginning with a game at NLS, Monday, and continuing with a game at Montevideo, Friday....
