Gymnasts top Morris Area and Marshall

The Benson-KMS-Montevideo gymnastics team continued its strong season this year with two more wins last week.  The Fighting Braves hosted Morris Area for the Parent’s Night meet, Thursday, winning by a 134.3-124.3 score.  The meet had been scheduled for last Tuesday, but was pushed back two days due to weather.
Benson-KMS traveled to Marshall, Friday, and scored 133.25 points to win a dual with Marshall, 133.25-118.25.  Winning the all-around title in both meets was Mariah Ahrndt of Benson-KMS-Montevideo.
Benson-KMS is set to entertain the second-best Class A team in the state, Thursday (tomorrow) when Melrose comes to the Benson Armory, and the Fighting Braves also are set to host Litchfield-DC, Tuesday, Jan. 24....
